Partly Sunny Co. MOCK SITE
I created a mock sales website for the first time to help me understand user scan ability. The planning process involved developing a user persona to clarify the target audience and taking the time to plan and revise my final submission. By researching modern websites and conducting site tests, I was able to create a strong design that met the standards of my intended audience.
Despite my thorough planning, I encountered a challenge when determining the best way to organize product information on the site. I initially decided to place pants, jackets, and shirts on separate pages to improve accessibility, but I realized afterward that a filtering feature would have been a more efficient solution. This experience gave me valuable insights into site structure and user experience design, which I’m eager to apply in future projects
