CONTENT STRATEGY

My knowledge in creating a content strategy was limited when it came to creating a typical structure for it. Because of this, I researched various formats to understand the standard approach and adjusted my writing tone to be more formal, though I initially found it challenging to avoid a conversational ‘we’ perspective.
Despite this, the content strategy clearly conveyed the revision plans and included supporting information to justify these changes. I recognized that adding more detail could have further strengthened the strategy’s alignment with its goals. This experience helped me understand the nuances of content strategy development and reinforced my ability to research, adapt, and refine my work for clarity and effectiveness.

Technology Used

Microsoft Word: Applied editing by scanning and identifying any errors, chunking when the information was overwhelming, and layering by adding imagery and the appropriate text formats such as bullet points to the text after initially including the necessary information.
